Built by five.Run as one.
Sovaolo is a five-person studio from Belgrade. We design, engineer, and automate end-to-end — strategy, interface, code, and the systems that keep it all running in production.
We work as one tight unit, not as a chain of handoffs. The team that meets you is the same team that builds, maintains, and stays in direct contact long after the launch — because that's the only way the work stays honest.
Why Sovaolo exists.
Sovaolo started as one MarTech specialist who kept getting the same question from clients: “can your team also build the product behind the marketing?” The honest answer was always the same — yes, but only if the team building it is the team you actually talk to.
So instead of growing into another agency with sales reps, account managers, and a rotating cast of juniors, we grew the opposite way — adding only senior people, one at a time, across the three disciplines a modern product needs: design, engineering, and automation.
Five years later, that's still the rule. No handoffs between sales and delivery. No juniors learning on your project. Every client conversation involves the people who actually do the work — designers talking design with you, engineers explaining trade-offs directly, automation experts shaping the workflow they'll later build.
It scales worse than a traditional agency. That's the point. We stay small so the work stays sharp — and so that you own a small team end-to-end, not a department full of people you never meet.
Five people. Five sets of hands.
Same team that pitches you is the team that builds, ships, and maintains. Click to meet each.

About
Sovaolo co-founder. Twenty years of running projects across MarTech, marketing operations, and customer lifecycle systems — owning scope, timeline, and the bridge between client intent and technical delivery. Has led engagements ranging from full MarTech stack migrations to end-to-end campaign automation across SaaS, e-commerce, and B2B services, with a focus on operations that survive long after the agency leaves the room. Each engagement starts with the same question: what does success look like in six months, and what has to be true in the systems to get there?
Built the studio around a simple rule: the team you meet is the team that builds and maintains, and every part of that team stays in direct contact with the client. Holds the PM seat — running discovery, scoping, sprint cadence, and the discipline of saying no to feature creep that would compromise what's been agreed — but keeps client conversations a shared responsibility across designers and engineers, because the work is sharper when everyone is grounded in what the client actually needs.
